Adams Outdoor Advertising in Charlotte, North Carolina hosted an event called "Outdoor is In".  The highlight of the event was a fashion runway modeling show featuring designer dresses made from used billboard vinyl sign material.  These special dresses featured some of the large and small advertisers in the region.  The event photography was done by Steven D.
